[twitter]As much as I hail fall as the greatest season of them all, this weekend does bring a bit of sadness.
Fall is far too fleeting in this neck of the woods. In fact, we have seen summer snow (September 17, 2010) during our stay in Calgary.
The end of summer, here, just means the snow is soon going to fly. Last weekend we pulled out the big boxes from storage and tried on the snow suits, gloves, and hats. Time to pack up the flip flops and do some winter boot shopping. Oh Joy.
Nonetheless, I’ve had fun going back through my stream and reliving one of our best summers ever. It started with a camping trip on Father’s Day and ended with a trip to Vegas. In between, we learned new things, climbed mountains, explored our city, and visited with relatives.
I hope yours was as wonderful as ours and you enjoy this look at how we Instagrammed our summer vacation.
