[twitter]It has happened again, and again, and again this summer. As a summer heat waves sink in, parents are leaving their kids and pets in the car. And the kids are dying.
Two incidents near Indianapolis this weekend had police finding a 4-month-old dead after being left in a car, while a 16-month-old was found in seizures after she was rescued from a 124 degree vehicle.
I cannot understand for the life of me how this can happen.
One of the women charged in a case like this said she left her 6, 3, and 1-year-old in the car because the middle child was “a handful” to take shopping.
I’m speechless.
After the jump watch the video of a person inside a car with the windows rolled up on a 90 degree day to see what happens to your kids and pets left in the heat — even for 5 minutes.
