Breakfast on Christmas morning can be just as special as the feast later in the day. It’s just a little more hectic time to try and get things done. Trying to whip together fancy omelettes, crepes, and the like just doesn’t jive withe chaos of flying wrapping paper and laughter.
Last year we took to preparing our Christmas morning breakfast the night before. An easy French Toast Bake sits in the fridge overnight, bakes in the oven while you’re opening stockings, and is ready for intermission to feed the family.

Spread a little chocolate, jam, or sprinkle in some ham and cheese before you roll them up to bake, and you’ve got an easy and fancy Christmas morning breakfast.

If you want to make it even easier, just roll out the Pillsbury Crescent pastry and then use your Christmas cookie cutters to make fun, festive shapes. This is an easy way to get the kids involved too, either rolling simple crescents or cutting up the shapes.
