When you don’t have kids, you think you know what it’s like.
You can stand back from a far, latte in hand, and watch things unfold like a coach on the sideline and you can tell parents how things should be.
The problem is, unless you’ve actually been a player in that game, you can’t really comprehend the negotiations that happen when you’re a parent.
Unless you’ve had a debate about whether the flavor of milk is different in a blue cup vs a red one, you don’t get it. The above is gold. Because he gets it.
