Our guys stick to veggie dogs and chicken strips, basically, but they will eat vegetables. They love peppers and cucumbers and carrots. So when we have a Family Fiesta Night, at least they will participate and have some fun.
Lately we’ve been using these DIY dinners as a way to get them to try new foods, expand their horizons and teach kids to cook. It’s also a great way to get them involved in the cooking, and they’re learning to make healthy things by having bright colorful dinners.
Click over to Babble to see pictures of our DIY Dinner party and see if you can pick up some tips to get your kids to try new things.
