You know how when your kids get in trouble, you call your children by their entire name?
I do that for Charlie, but not be his real name, by Prince Charles‘ full name: Charles Philip Arthur George (I drop the Mountbatten Windsor part).
Yes the Royal Grandfather is Charles Philip Arthur George, and whenever The Chooch gets in trouble, that’s what I’m calling.
I don’t know how it started, or why it has continued, but when I’m ticked I will belt it out with no hesitation no matter that it’s not even close to his real name.

Mountbatten Windsor doesn’t quite roll off the tongue in the same way, does it? I bet the Queen still uses it when she’s angry at her boy, though.
